If confirmation is not possible, customers will be notified and receive a refund as per the company's refund policy.

• 3 : Using Wallet : Users can use the asset value in their wallet to pay for specified activities. If a user is found in violation of Join Habibi's policy, their wallet may be temporarily blocked. In such instances, they can contact our support team at support@JoinHabibi.com to resolve the issue or provide their bank details to collect any remaining amount and close the account.
• 4 : Refund Policy : If you choose the wallet as the refund method, the amount paid using the wallet will be refunded back to the wallet exclusively.

• Gift cards or coupons are special codes that can be bought or received as gifts, and their designated value will be added to your Join Habibi wallet for future use.
• Redemption can be done in the wallet or during the checkout process.
• The expiration date of the gift card would be determined by Join Habibi.

• Discount codes can only be applied to the order value of the activity, exclusive of any additional costs that may apply, and are subject of Join Habibi's general terms & conditions. To benefit from the discount, users must enter the code in the designated field on the confirmation page and the discount amount or percentage would be deducted from the order value of the activity. Join Habibi exclusively determines the expiration date of the discount code.
• The discount code can be either a fixed amount or a percentage, and their value would be determined by Join Habibi only. Join Habibi retains the right to specify the number of individuals eligible to use the discount code, the frequency of its use per user, and the applicable activities for which the discount code is valid.
